Harry's Pool Villa  is located in the attractive Southern area of the Island Phuket. Conveniently close to the famous National Park and in close beach vicinity to Rawai Beach. The villa has just passed its final building phase and is ready to move in. It is very quietly located although the mainroad is in walking distance.

The distance to one of the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches at Naiharn beach is just about 4 kms. Nai Harn is the  famous place for island tour activities and seafood restaurants. Driving only 10minutes from Harry's Pool Villa , the Promthep Cape offers the stunning sunset and panoramic view. 

The property has been built in the year 2008 on a plot of land bearing a total of 700 sqm. Pure living space amounts to 200 sqm plus the roofed areas and the covered car port and generous terraces. Only the villa owners and their visitors will use the private road and therefore no other traffic disturbs this unique seclusion.  

Harry's Pool Villa   comprises a main house at ground floor level with modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and the actual large living area. For optimal air-circulation and cooling, the ceiling height is set to a proud 5 mtrs. The building is constructed in a U-shape around the private pool. This "Heart of of the seclusion" is conveniently accessible from all sides with generous terrace and relaxing area around.  Wall frescos and waterfall at he pool together with carefully selected, tropical plants render a luxurious style to this prestigious property.  

Altogether there are three large Schlafzimmer equipped with king-size beds, featuring their own bathrooms with large shower area and decorated with high-value marble- and granite interiors.  The surrounding tropical garden accomplishes a perfectly maintained, luxurious standard.

A covered carport, a separate storage and maintenance room with washing machine etc. are the obvious supplements for an individual vacation. Much attention is spent to details, which are decently illuminated at night.

A service maid is available at part time per day, but at extra costs this service can be arranged more often. Satellite TV is available and offers a wide range of interntl. TV programs for evening entertainment.
